Membership
The Central Ohio Chiefs Association (COCA) offers three levels of membership designed to foster collaboration and leadership among law enforcement and safety services in the region.
Full Members include active Chief Executives of law enforcement agencies within Franklin County or surrounding counties who have paid their agency dues. These members hold voting rights on COCA matters and comprise the entire Board of Directors. Members are personnel from local, county, state, federal, and private law enforcement or criminal justice organizations recognized by the Ohio Revised Code or COCA. Lastly, Associate Members include representatives from non-law enforcement agencies who have been approved for membership by COCA, contributing to the association’s mission of promoting public safety and professional development.
