The vision of the COCA is to become the leading voice for law enforcement in and around Central Ohio.
The mission of the COCA shall be to educate policymakers, the public and law enforcement partners on best practices in policing and to collaborate with federal, state and local partners to ensure the needs of the community are met in the most constitutionally sound manner reasonably expected by those we serve.
